Kayla De Vos
is an emerging dance artist and administrator currently based on the unceded territories of the Coast Salish peoples (Vancouver, B.C.).
Graduating from Simon Fraser University’s School for the Contemporary Arts with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Dance in 2018, Kayla had the opportunity to work with choreographers such as Rob Kitsos, Peter Bingham and Chick Snipper, act as an understudy for Company605, and apprentice and perform with plastic orchid factory.
She recently travelled to Toronto to participate in the Social Growl Summer Workshop and Creation Lab under the direction of Riley Sims and Kay Kenney.
She now works as the General Administrator for Co.ERASGA, sits on the board of the Training Society of Vancouver, and is undergoing a producing mentorship with Natalie Lefebvre Gnam and plastic orchid factory.
